Specify the exact material grade and condition. These are RFQ options, not a stock list or a statement that every alloy meets every washer standard. Availability and technical suitability require confirmation.

Washer geometry, hardness, spring condition or bendability must be specified separately from alloy name. Bolt and nut strength classes are not washer grades. Confirm ductility and the tab-bending procedure.
Technical Selection & Standard Reference
DIN 93 is a withdrawn legacy reference for long-tab washers. Specify tab number and geometry; a single-tab image is not a specification for every double-tab or custom form.
The tab needs a defined anchoring/bending arrangement and suitable material ductility. Retention does not replace the specified tightening procedure.
A family reference is not a certificate for a supplied item. Legacy commercial references require agreement on the actual drawing and contractual specification.

Can a tab washer be selected only by hole diameter?
No. Tab geometry, anchoring feature, thickness and bend arrangement must match the assembly drawing. Follow the specified replacement and installation procedure.
What should I include in a tab washer RFQ?
Send hole diameter, washer-body diameter, thickness, tab width/length, bend location and mating retention feature. Also state material grade, finish, quantity, standard edition or drawing revision, application, test/documentation requirements and delivery location.
